Episode 23: Roachzilla

Episode 23 features an interview with the southern Maryland metal band RoachZilla. They've been at it a little over a year now and have a full length album out. We talked about some of their philosophies on music as well as life in general. They're hosting an outdoor/socially distanced event in their hometown called Roachfest (9/26). Episode 21: Crosswinds

This episode features Crosswinds from Baltimore Maryland. They are Pop-Punk/Post-Hardcore/Punk band. All 4 members were able to get together for a FaceTime interview a couple weeks back and overall it was a fun interview. You can find all their music online. @CrosswindsMD is their handle. Episode 18: Matt Benoliel - Stage 20 Agency

This week's episode features a good friend of mine, Matt Benoliel, who supports the DMV music scene with his business The Stage 20 Agency. They put on music and sports events in the area. He is also helping manage my band. He's worked with some of what I consider to be the "allstars" of the Maryland music scene, including Bumpin' Uglies, Ballyhoo!, Joey Harkum, and others. Episode 17: Joanna Tomassoni of The Tumbling Wheels

This episode features an old friend, Joanna Tomassoni, who now lives in New Orleans and plays in a band called The Tumbling Wheels. They are an americana/folk/country band. They've released their second album on Bandcamp and are now releasing it on more platforms. Prior the stoppage they had a few tours and have been playing together for a number of years. Their first album remains in my CD rotation. In any case Joanna and I talked about what she's been up to during the quarantine, life/music in general, as well as the new album. Episode 13: Joey Harkum

My guest today is Baltimore music scene veteran Joey Harkum. He’s built a passinate following over the years both through his first band Pasadena as well as through his current solo project. He’s typically out of the road most of year playing all around North America and Europe. I definitely consider him an inspiration as songwriter and musician.
